If you are not satisfied with the products* you purchased, please call our office toll free at 1.866.542.1490 for return authorization number and instructions. If products are returned without authorization, they will not be accepted. We ask that you return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Please ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) so that we can trace the shipment if it is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not accept COD packages. Please package your shipment carefully—we must receive these materials in saleable condition in order to refund your money or credit your account.
